We make sure ordered products reach Customers quickly, safely and at a convenient time. We offer several convenient pickup and delivery options.

Personal pickup

Available from 10:00–17:00 at: Poland, Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 6/8U, 90‑270 Tel.: +48 576 146 305

Courier delivery

We ship orders via: Inpost, DPD Polska Delivery to the address you specify or to a pickup point.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free for all orders.

Processing time

• Personal pickup: up to 2 days

• Courier delivery: 2–3 days

Receiving the parcel

Check the condition of the packaging on receipt. If you notice any damage, ask the courier to draw up a damage report. In case of problems, let us know within 24 hours, attaching photos of the damage and the order number.
